We have a D3 - 1975-78 model with the turning pedals on the feet. It was warming up and then the steering would go out. We also have a 931 with the same transmission, so we swapped out the valve body in the top of the transmission with the 931 valve body and the works like new! We did change the charge pump- made no difference.
