I can't "keep up" with the "get your HEAD in the proper cockpit" TIME consumption load .. nor even the investment in good wheels, plus-plus-plus. Sumthin' needs ground?

May 15, 2021· May 15, 2021· A surface grinder won't do the job. You need a blanchard grinder; the table saw top is about 23"x30". A surface grinder can't handle anything that large. As Harold mentioned, it could be done on a planer if you could find one. I wouldn't bother trying to flatten the top.

You might think that by dressing with a point on the chuck touching the wheel at the same spot that contacts the work would compensate for the vibration and make a smooth cut. It won't.
