Aug 18, 2006· Has anybody had experience with putting an aftermarket carb on a Jiffy 30 versus using a rebuild kit on the existing carb.Looking at both on line it seems as though the price for either on is minimal And often about the same price.

Feb 25, 2009· A friend of mines Jiffy auger model 30, starts and stalls. It will only stay running if you prime it every 10 seconds, then it runs great. Does this thing have some sort of a vac fuel pump, or is it just gravity feed, and has some dirt in the carb?

My Model 30 with the 6" drill is lighter and easier to use than the one with the 8" drill and I really like it.
