There are really only 2 types of ore veins it doesn't show the correct information. For example, it shows copper going yellow at 25, but it doesn't actually state that it can be smelted at level 1. Also, it shows that thorium can be smelted at 250, but doesn't show that Rich Thorium veins can only be mined at 275+.
